The flavor of our Sourwood Honey is spicy and buttery, extra light in color and of the highest qualities in years. All of our apiaries are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, areas rich in Sourwood trees. Order your Sourwood Honey now, supplies may not last long.

2008 Spring Wildflower Honey Now Available.
Our Wildflower Honey is composed of all the spring flowers that bloom in our area.  Tulip Poplar, clover, dandelions, maple, blueberry, black locus, basswood, blackberry and wild cherry.  Remember it takes 2 million flowers to make just one pound of honey.  This years Wildflower Honey has a wonderful floral bouquet and is extra light in color and flavor.

All of our MtnHoney is RAW, unfiltered and unheated.  It contains small amounts of pollen, propolis and beeswax.  Our honey is extracted and lightly strained at room temperature, which preserves the quality and flavor of the honey.  MtnHoney is as natural a product as you can find anywhere.

Eating Raw Honey helps treat persons with allergies, according to several research reports.  They found that eating raw honey has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties that helps boost the body’s immune defense.
