We harvest our honey with minimal straining to preserve all the natural enzymes, pollen and floral essences the honeybees put into it for the highest quality flavor. When you order MtnHoney you are truly getting the Best Honey in the World. The Webb’s participated in their second World Honey Show, in Montpellier, France last fall sponsored by the World Beekeeping Congress, Apimondia. With 33 different countries represented and over 400 honey entries, their Sourwood Honey won top prize of “BEST HONEY IN THE WORLD” for a second time. The first World Honey Show was held in Dublin, Ireland in 2005 and the Webb’s Sourwood Honey also won the Gold Medal.

Spring Wildflower Honey Now Available
Our Wildflower Honey is composed of all the spring flowers that bloom in our area. Tulip Poplar, clover, dandelions, maple, blueberry, black locus, basswood, blackberry and wild cherry. Remember it takes 2 million flowers to make just one pound of honey. This years Wildflower Honey has a wonderful floral bouquet and is extra light in color and flavor.

All of our MtnHoney is RAW, unfiltered and unheated. It contains small amounts of pollen, propolis and beeswax. Our honey is extracted and lightly strained at room temperature, which preserves the quality and flavor of the honey. MtnHoney is as natural a product as you can find anywhere.
